Yessss..... Here is the question: What is the KEY to a successful RELATIONSHIP/MARRIAGE ?? Thanks for your help, you know... until we meet again, and the case is sol-ved ! CIC
Randy, The secret is: Tell everyone you know of all of the good things in your spouse (or special one), and the not so good, only tell God about those! We are happy for you Randy!
I came across this idea recently ... Perhaps the secret is 'selective forgetfulness' ... Maybe a distorted view of your relationship that emphasises the positive and forgets the negative is crucial to accounting for who stays and who flees when it comes to relationship endurance.
Enjoy this time to the fullest. This is an exciting time! Be real with each other, be yourself, don't try to be what you think the other person may want you to be. Love the Lord, our God first with all your heart, soul, and mind, and He will direct your steps. We so enjoy marriage ... the joys far outweigh the adjustments. Paul & Claudette
I have known Shelly since first grade and am very excited to meet the special person in her life. You are a lucky guy and I wish you both a world of happiness!
The key is to fall in love with a kind, tenderhearted man who wears glasses- the movies will try to mislead you on this one, but take it from a girl who knows.

Be a good forgiver with a servant's heart (advice for both the guy and girl).
Proverbs 3:5---Rely on God only and not your own understanding! He guides and gives widsom and will certainly bless your union!!!
keep up the good work and the good relationship!

Give your partner the B-E-S-T:
B lessing
E difying
S haring
T ouching
Blessing - Good words, kind actions, thankful appreciation and intercessory prayer.
Edifying - Encourage one another and build each other up.
Sharing - Your time, activities, interests and concerns, ideas and innermost thoughts, spiritual walk, family objectives and goals, etc.
Touching - Snuggling and cuddling, sleeping close to each other, sharing affection through simple touch.
I believe if you maintain these four positive elements consistently, you will have the BEST marriage possible!
Communication! Put the dead cats out on the table!
